The following video gives directions to our building once you are on the Lakeshore campus.

To get to our clinic, turn into the Lakeshore Foundation entrance off Old Montgomery Highway. You will see tennis courts on your right and a sign to building 3840. Get in the left hand turn lane.

 

Turn left onto Ridgeway Drive.You will see Encompass Health on your right.  Follow the road around. You will pass a stone building on your right and our building will be at the very back of the loop.  If our parking lot is full you can park in the parking lot on the right just before ours.
